About the Role

Real-Time Monitoring & Decision Making: Monitor alarm signals, assess situations quickly, and take appropriate action while staying calm under pressure

Emergency Dispatch & Communication: Coordinate with emergency services and handle outbound calls with confidence and professionalism

Multitasking & System Navigation: Manage multiple screens, calls, and alerts at once while maintaining speed and accuracy

Requirements

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent | 18+ years old

Technical Requirements: Typing speed of 30+ WPM | Comfortable with extended computer use Good Attendance: Must be able to maintain very reliable attendance.
