Front‑end JavaScript experience is a plus.The role requires clear communication, results orientation, and willingness to take on multiple roles to deliver solutions under time pressure.Technical Skills/Qualifications BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical field. 10+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong Python Proficiency is essential.Strong Pandas and SQL proficiency is essential.Familiarity with distributed systems, large scale data processing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) a plus. PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
