This role is ideal for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Technician (Med Tech) who is also a trained phlebotomist and has a strong background in long-term care.In this position, you will operate and manage a diagnostic cart within a skilled nursing facility, performing a variety of clinical tasks and facilitating telehealth visits with a remote physician. You will serve as a critical link between the patient, on-site facility staff, and the telehealth provider to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.
