What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose visual or ocular health conditions
• Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, and therapeutic treatments as needed
• Educate patients on eyewear options and contact lens fittings
• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding patient care
• Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in optometry
• Contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered environment
• Assist in managing ocular health emergencies and follow-up care

What You Need:

Required:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Alaska State Optometry License
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused attitude

Preferred:

• Experience in general optometry practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
