- Basic Welding experience and be able to pass a weld test
- Be Mechanically inclined
- Have the ability to think on your feet and be able to trouble shoot
- Ability to read blueprints preferred
- Must be able to read/understand welding symbols
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use and accurately read tape measure
