Office Assistant

Trillium Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee administrative operations of our office.


The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with professionalism and accuracy. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8-5. Pay is $16-19 based on experience.


Key Responsibilities:
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
-Maintain filing systems-both physical and digital.
-Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation.
-Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
-Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized.
-Provide general administrative support to management and staff.


Working Conditions:
-Office-based role with standard working hours.
-Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Discretion with confidential information.
