Qualifications Prior experience as a manager, including profit and loss responsibility. Experience with POS management systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Advanced knowledge of cash registers and money handling. Fast‑paced experience. Food safety knowledge.
