IT Support Coordinator

Our IT team plays an important role in supporting our people with the tools, systems and assistance they need every day. The role Deliver day-to-day IT support to our Support Office team and ensure a great user experience. Provide technical support across a range of hardware, software and business systems. Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and other workplace technologies. Assist with user onboarding, offboarding and access management. Coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Identify opportunities to improve systems and support processes. Ensure IT practices align with company policies and security requirements. About You Experience working in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk or End User Support role. Around 2–3 years' experience in a similar hands‑on IT support position. Confident supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies. A practical, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset. Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with external IT vendors is advantageous. A qualification in Information Technology is welcomed but not essential – We’ll value practical experience, curiosity and a willingness to learn for this role. Support Office‑based role. Why Nido?
