Active Maryland license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA license and Maryland Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or approved provider) Unrestricted license with no history of suspension or revocation Eligible for participation with all payers Caring for you as you care for the CommUNITY Frederick Health offers a comprehensive and affordable benefits package.
