The Caregiver performs various personal care services as outlined on the care plan/service plan as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. The Caregiver will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity, and safety of a patient’s care. · May provide homemaking services, companion/sitter services, transportation and escort services and related medical activities as Meets safety needs of patients and uses equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.) · Follows all privacy policies of the Organization, Infection Control protocols and maintains the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI). · Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
