Experience Requirements Previous forklift operator experience required, including stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks (EPJs). Experience loading and unloading trailers in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Proven ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment while meeting productivity goals. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to follow work instructions, warehouse procedures, and safety standards. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Experience with shipping, receiving, material handling, and warehouse inventory movement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with varying temperatures. Must wear steel-toe footwear and required personal protective equipment (PPE). Comfortable operating material handling equipment for extended periods. Job Duties Safely operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks (EPJs) to move materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trailers efficiently while maintaining product quality and safety standards. Transport, stack, stage, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Accurately move products to shipping, receiving, and storage areas to support daily operations. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, scanning, and product placement. Follow all warehouse safety procedures, operating guidelines, and company policies. Assist with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and other warehouse responsibilities as needed.
