Orlando Health is seeking a  Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Trauma Neurosurgeon to join our team at  Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) , a nationally recognized  Level I Trauma Center located in downtown Orlando. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the  first dedicated inpatient trauma neurosurgeon , playing a critical role in advancing and shaping the future of our neurotrauma program. \n

Position Overview \n
\nThis position is designed to provide  focused inpatient neurotrauma coverage , serving as the  primary daytime responder for all neurosurgical trauma cases . The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary trauma team and serve as a key liaison between the neurosurgery division and hospital leadership to enhance clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and program development.\n
