DESC is hiring a Housing Stabilization Specialist in Seattle, WA to support tenants with chronic issues maintaining their homes. This role includes creating housing stability plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assist residents facing mental illness and substance use disorders. The successful candidate will advocate for clients, assist with housing inspections, and help modify stability plans. An AAC license in WA and a background in social work or similar fields are required.
