Sigma HomeCare is actively hiring Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides, Companion Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Livonia and surrounding communities.

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.00–$18.40 per hour

Caregiver Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Help clients with daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when appropriate
• Offer medication reminders
• Complete care documentation and report client updates

Caregiver Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
