Care Coordinator IPosition at Clarvida - Tennessee Care Coordinator I Location: Smyrna, Shelbyville, Tennessee (Community-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18.88 Date Posted: 5/20/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Care Coordinator I to provide therapeutic services, case coordination, and resource linkage to individuals and families. In this role, you will work closely with clients and their support systems—including families, courts, and community partners—to promote behavioral change, stability, and overall well-being.
