About the Role
Join a dynamic warehouse team as a Material Handler, supporting vital shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment functions for finished goods and materials. Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment to fulfill customer orders on time and with high quality.
- Receive incoming materials and finished goods daily, verifying quality, quantity, and documentation.
- Operate distribution equipment and powered industrial trucks safely, including working at various heights.
- Maintain inventory records and documentation according to ISO standards and company procedures.
- Navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software to support daily warehouse operations.
- Work across diverse environments, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room settings.
- Complete company training requirements and adhere to all safety and quality policies.

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or related warehouse roles.
- Ability to follow procedures independently, meet schedules, and work efficiently.
- Proficiency in operating powered industrial trucks.
- Basic computer skills for using ERP systems and shipping software.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in logistics within a life sciences environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and control of documents.
