Sales Support Lead — Customer Experience & Ops

Metrie in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Sales Support Manager to lead the regional Inside Sales support team, ensuring excellence in service, order processing, and delivery accuracy. You will drive day-to-day performance, coach staff, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve processes. Based in-branch 5 days a week with core hours 7 am–4 pm, you will manage CRM and order-management technologies (CRM platforms, phone systems, workflow tools) and collaborate with Outside Sales to #J-18808-Ljbffr Metrie
