RN Infection Preventionist & Quality Assurance Coordinator

Sunplex Subacute Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Infection Prevention Registered Nurse (QA/IP RN) to join our team! In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) will help ensure quality resident care, maintain compliance standards, and support infection prevention initiatives throughout the facility.
