As a Senior Retail Sales Associate - Key Holder at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll serve as a trusted guide, helping customers navigate their shopping journey with honesty, enthusiasm, and expert product knowledge. In this advanced sales role, you'll lead by example on the showroom floordriving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring peers. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring availability to work a retail schedule.

• Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions, and higher hourly rate of pay when serving as the Keyholder. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $75,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals in a retail environment
• Strong team orientation and problem-solving mindset
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment

Physical Demand

• Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Regular movement throughout the store and continuous standing or sitting to perform job functions
