Welder
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders of all skill levels for projects located in the Boise, ID area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30+/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Execute welding tasks using one or more processes, including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Flux-Cored (FCAW), or other applicable methods based on project requirements
- Read blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols to accurately fabricate, assemble, or repair metal components to specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality, maintain welding equipment, and follow all company safety procedures and applicable welding standards
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Knowledge of one or more welding processes preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand and power tools
- Welding certifications are a plus but not required
