Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while utilizing modern digital communication tools to connect with clients effectively. Your work schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a structured framework that supports work-life balance. While the majority of your interactions will be virtual, you may occasionally meet clients for in-person assessments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized support plans to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges and dependency issues.

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to properly assess their mental health, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Create measurable and tailored goals for each client, ensuring they are relevant to their unique circumstances.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans based on continuous evaluations and feedback.

• Provide expert guidance and counseling during sessions, empowering clients to make informed choices regarding their mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
