Global Directory Services Engineering Lead

As our Engineering Lead, Global Directory Services, you will lead a globally distributed team of directory services engineers across the United States, Monterrey, Mexico, and Manila, Philippines. Reporting to our Leader, Global Directory Services, and partnering closely with our Global Directory Services Operations Lead, you will shape and execute the enterprise directory services strategy across on premises Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and hybrid identity environments. We are looking for someone with deep, proven experience operating enterprise scale Active Directory and Entra hybrid environments, who is ready to bring that expertise into a senior leadership role with broad technical influence and organizational impact.In this role, you will:Build and sustain a high performing follow the sun engineering organization across the US, Monterrey, and ManilaTurn global directory services strategy into engineering roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable executionProvide technical leadership and escalation support for complex Active Directory, Entra, and hybrid identity issuesDesign and deliver solutions across forest and domain architecture, Group Policy, trust relationships, synchronization, conditional access, and federationOversee Active Directory Certificate Services, including certificate authority hierarchy, templates, issuance and renewal policies, and revocation processesGovern directory protection and administration capabilities, including change auditing, backup and recovery, delegated administration, and automation toolingDevelop and maintain automation that improves provisioning, monitoring, remediation, and routine operational tasks across AD and EntraEstablish engineering standards and coordinate regional delivery with cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications, and operations teams to ensure secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant outcomes Chubb is a world leader in insurance. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experienceDeep experience designing, engineering, and operating enterprise-scale on-premises Active Directory environments, including multi-forest and multi-domain architectures, Group Policy, trust relationships, and security hardeningStrong experience with Microsoft Entra and hybrid identity, including synchronization, conditional access, and cloud-to-on-prem integrationProficiency in PowerShell for automation and directory services administrationExperience architecting and supporting hybrid directory environments across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra, with a strong focus on security best practices and remediation of exposuresProven ability to lead distributed global engineering teams across multiple countries and time zones, and to shape directory services strategy with senior leadershipStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, project and program management, communication, and continuous improvement skillsRelevant certifications preferredFull timePosting Date: 2026-08-07
