Job Description

CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care imaging department. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality CT examinations while ensuring patient safety, maintaining imaging standards, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to physician orders and department protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures.
• Operate CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to radiation safety guidelines.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure timely patient care.
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience .
• Current ARRT Certification (required).
• Active state license, if applicable.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital imaging department.
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
