Urology Physician Assistant

PA- Urology - Lakeland, FL *The Urology Department at Watson Clinic is seeking a skilled PA to join our collaborative team and deliver exceptional, patient-centered urologic care across inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative settings.* *About the Inpatient Role* * Provide comprehensive care across *clinic, hospital, outpatient, and perioperative environments*. * Support outpatient urology services, including follow-up visits, chronic condition management, diagnostic evaluations, and patient education. * Perform *First Assist* responsibilities in the operating room. * Manage post-operative care, including rounding, orders, and discharge planning. * Complete admissions, histories & physicals, discharges, consults, and triage. * Partner closely with urologists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care. *About the Outpatient Role* * Provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care, including follow-up visits, chronic condition management, and patient education. * Conduct evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. * Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to scope and training. * Collaborate closely with urologists, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated care. * Support patient access by managing both scheduled and same-day visits. *Preferred Experience & Attributes* * Prior experience in *Urology, Surgery, Hospital Medicine, or other acute care settings* strongly preferred. * Strong procedural skills, sound clinical judgment, and excellent communication in fast-paced environments. * Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. *Schedule & Call* * Full-time schedule aligned with service needs across *clinic, outpatient, hospital, and OR* settings. * On-call responsibilities required as part of team coverage. *Why Watson Clinic* * Employer-matched retirement plan * Comprehensive Health & Wellness Coverage * Paid Time Off (PTO) * CME stipend and dedicated CME time Please click the link to apply: [ For more information about this opportunity, please contact Kristin Clairmont at Watson Clinic Professional Services [View email address on click.appcast.io](mailto:View email address on click.appcast.io) or call View phone number on click.appcast.io.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
