Training and Development Specialist

Providing training and technical support, the full-time remote Training and Development Specialist will develop and deliver training for ALMIS and 1-Log Portal users, conduct quality assurance data reviews, and support maintenance policy reviews for the United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center. Key responsibilities Provide ALMIS functionality training to users Conduct maintenance policy and user publication reviews Offer field unit and customer support to sustain current and future users Required qualifications Minimum five (5) years' experience in USCG aeronautical/naval engineering practices Minimum five (5) years' experience with aircraft, cutter/boat Minimum five (5) years of ALMIS/EAL/DSS experience Minimum two (2) years of instructing or providing classroom training Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Live Meeting
