Audiologist Floater - New York City

Position Summary ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self‑motivated, people‑friendly full‑time licensed Audiologist Floater for our New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Astoria) office locations. This large, multi‑site ENT practice is expanding its staff of audiologists in the NY/NJ area due to dynamic growth. We are looking for a Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist who is driven, self‑motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate will be strong clinically and able to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients. Conduct audiometric testing. Consult with patients and make recommendations for hearing aids. Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments. Program hearing aids. Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems. Maintain documentation and patient files. Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities. Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities. Position Qualifications Master’s Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred. Active and current hearing aid dispensing license. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year.
