Direct Support Professional (DSP) Central OregonAbility Advocates of Oregon LLCAbility Advocates of Oregon is seeking a compassionate, reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the La Pine area.This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference by helping individuals live independently, safely, and with dignity in their community.ResponsibilitiesProvide support with daily living activities (ADLs) such as hygiene, meals, and mobility. Support community involvement and skill-buildingFollow Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and all care instructionsAccurately complete documentation and service notesMonitor and report any changes in health, behavior, or safetyMaintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environmentRequirementsRequired: Client has medical needs. Must be comfortable being trained on medical supports. Reliable, consistent attendance is requiredStrong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and follow direction. Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkWillingness to complete required trainings (paid)Schedule: Flexible hours (full time or part time) Pay: $23-25+ an hour depending on experience Training: Paid training provided Benefits: 401k, PTO, Health Insurance
