Customer Service Representative

Part-Time · La Grange Office · Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, plus on-call opportunities for extra income (not required). Currently hiring for a Part-Time position at our La Grange office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays), with additional on-call opportunities available. About the Role Serve patients of all ages by assessing their needs and providing the right home medical equipment and supplies Maintain a professional retail and work area, communicating inventory needs Communicate with customers or referral sources on orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, or changes in service Collect information from patients or doctors to document need and support insurance approval Complete insurance verification for DME coverage and communicate patient responsibilities Provide patient/client orientation on proper use and safety of equipment Maintain a neat, clean personal appearance Ideal Candidate The ability to communicate well while building relationships with patients and health professionals A high level of proficiency in computer related tasks and programs Ability to relate with various team members and make decisions Passionate about what we do and willing to reach out to prospective customers Persistent, dedicated, and committed Positive attitude and a servant's heart Self-motivated, efficient, and a strong team player A problem solver who demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience with customers Wants to do work that matters — not just looking for a J-O-B Markets the company in a positive and professional manner at all times #J-18808-Ljbffr Fayette Medical Supply, Inc.
