Maintenance TechnicianFlournoy Properties Group is the property management division of privately held Flournoy Companies, a well-respected private developer and operator of multifamily communities in the United States. We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to work at our luxury property, Ellison Cool Springs in Franklin, TN. We are Great Place to Work certified and you will not find a better work environment.Duties:Under the direction and guidance of the Maintenance Director, the maintenance technician performs routine maintenance duties and other related tasks when assignedAssist the Maintenance Director with completion of service requests, make ready, pool and grounds care, and preventive maintenancePerform On Call after hours service on a scheduled rotation, handle emergency service requests and work a full Saturday scheduled rotation with the other service team membersAssist with maintaining up to date parts, tools and equipment inventories, maintenance logs and records, employee schedules, warranty lists, etcEnsure positive resident relations by responding to requests in a friendly, professional manner and within the designated time frameMaintain a strong emphasis on customer service help instill this value in co-workersMaintain a safe work environment at all times and perform duties following all Federal, State and Flournoy safety policy and proceduresAssist Maintenance Director in other duties as assigned/directedQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Incumbents must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling. (Applies to Certified Service Technicians.)Incumbents must have all certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions. (Applies to all Service Technicians.)A current valid driver's license is required.
