We're currently hiring for a Full Time Housekeeping Manager to help us maintain the spotless comfort and boutique-quality standards our guests expect. If you take pride in your work, love making a difference, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment—we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, organize, and support the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional level of guest satisfaction.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure the team consistently meets the hotel's cleanliness standards.

• Train and develop housekeeping team members on proper protocols, procedures, and service standards.

• Develop and maintain the weekly housekeeping schedule to align staffing with operational needs and priorities.

• Maintain the security of keys, carts, and supplies. • Ensure all operational, safety, and housekeeping standards are consistently followed.

• Participate in hotel operations meetings to collaborate with leadership and address cross-departmental needs.

• Conduct weekly inventory counts and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive deep-cleaning schedule for guest rooms and public areas.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager and Director of Operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality leadership experience required • Personality: Positive, professional, dependable, and guest-focused • Physical Ability : Able to bend, lift, push carts, and be on your feet for extended periods • Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and safety • Flexibility : Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
