About the Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor at Rising Star Home Care Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients in Edgewood, MD. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of home care services in the field.
Supervise and support caregivers to ensure compliance with care plans.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs.
Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of care services.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Address and resolve any client or caregiver concerns promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all care activities.
Requirements:
Valid nursing or healthcare-related license (e.g., GNA, CNA, CMT).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care or healthcare settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in care planning and assessment techniques.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the community.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
