Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics) - Duluth, GA

Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 20 hours per week Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluation and evidence-based treatment to children with developmental, sensory, neurological, physical, and functional needs.

The OT will develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving children's independence and participation in daily activities through a family-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and daily functioning.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Follow applicable clinical, safety, and professional standards.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Occupational Therapist license in Georgia or eligibility for Georgia licensure.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Pediatric experience preferred.

New graduates with strong pediatric clinical training are welcome to apply.

Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.

Familiarity with pediatric developmental milestones is preferred.
