Role Overview As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will plan and deliver individualized therapy services tailored to each student's communication needs. You will work with a diverse student population, helping children strengthen speech, language, and communication skills that support both academic success and social development. Your work will play a key role in helping students reach meaningful milestones and build confidence in their abilities.

What You'll Do in this role: Provide direct services in an elementary school setting. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with educators, families, and school-based teams. Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.

Requirements Must hold the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field, and have an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of North Carolina or be eligible to obtain licensure.
