We are currently seeking a skilled and high-producing mortgage processor to work with the mortgage loan officers on our team. $80,000+ $60,000 base plus bonuses

• Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
• Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned mortgage loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items
• Verify all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer
• Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Assemble and submit loan packages to the underwriters for approval.

• MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
• At least 5+ years of professional office environment required, preferably as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant
• Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients
• Advanced comprehension of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc.

• Minimum of 5+ years of loan processing experience required.
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with borrowers, realtors, loan officers, and other involved parties.
• Positive, upbeat personality with the ability to proactively find solutions.
