Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Location: Lake Wylie, SC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Lake Wylie, SC. This role involves providing high-quality care to an outpatient orthopedic patient population while meeting productivity expectations. The position requires flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 patient visits per week.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist license is required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
