Travel Physical Therapist (PT) | Contract Position Paying Up To $2600/week

Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: Up to $2600/week
- Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Mon-Fri
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based treatment and quality care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
