Sign Fabricator

Job Description Job Description We're looking for an experienced Sign Fabricator to build signage from blueprints and shop drawings to finished, spec-accurate product. This is hands-on fabrication work - layout, assembly, tooling, and quality control - for someone who already knows their way around a shop. What You'll Do Read shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders to fabricate signs to exact specifications Assemble and fabricate components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments Perform quality control on raw materials, in-process work, and finished parts Meet production schedules; identify and implement improvements to cycle time, fixturing, and tooling Advise estimators and supervisors on fixturing, tooling, and buildability during quoting and planning Transport materials and finished parts throughout the facility via forklift and roll carts Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow all safety protocols for manual handling, heavy lifting, and equipment operation What You Bring Proven experience fabricating from blueprints and technical drawings MIG Welding experience Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skill with hand and power tools Working knowledge of production safety standards and protocols Forklift experience or certification Physical ability to lift and handle materials safely for a full shift Attention to detail and solid recordkeeping on technical documentation Compensation & Schedule Competitive Pay Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bradley Group
