Strategic HR Manager - Union Relations & Policy

Regional Center of the East Bay

A nonprofit organization in the community is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead efforts in union negotiations, employee relations, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in HR, including a strong focus on compliance with labor laws. The position requires excellent communication and analytical skills.
