Financial Analyst

STARR Restaurants is a leading multi-concept restaurant group known for creating distinctive concepts and exceptional guest experiences. With a diverse portfolio across major U.S. markets, we continue to grow through the development of new projects and the ongoing evolution of our existing restaurants.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis across our restaurant portfolio. Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Development, this individual will maintain and expand key financial reporting and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights at both the store and enterprise levels.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Prepare projected financial statements and supporting analyses for existing operations and new projects.
• Maintain and update the company's five-year rolling projection model, incorporating actual results, revised forecasts, and new developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of financial models and reporting tools.
• Support the preparation of pro formas and financial evaluations for potential new projects.
• Partner with the Development team to maintain pre-opening and development budgets, track costs, and improve related Excel-based tools.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results across multiple restaurants and concepts.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support operational decisions, strategic planning, and senior leadership requests.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least two years of financial analysis experience, ideally within a multi-unit or multi-concept organization.
• Experience with financial consolidations, forecasting, and multi-unit performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Experience with Workday, Crunchtime, or similar ERP or restaurant back-office/food-cost management software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets and identify meaningful trends.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and collaborate effectively across departments.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in improving financial tools, processes, and reporting.
