KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Process payroll and track employee expenses. Maintain general ledger accuracy and support month-end close. Prepare basic financial statements and reports. Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and audits as needed.

CORE COMPETENCIES

3+ years of bookkeeping or small business accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
