ServiceNow Optimization SpecialistOrganization has been working with ServiceNow for 3-4 years. It is “turned on” but they need it optimized and properly utilized. Individuals are getting ITIL access and have access to all modules / areas. They need customization. A good bulk of the work will be with enhancement through the admin. Typically doing one upgrade per year. They want things to look good and be “single” or “double-click.” Will be moving from Paris to Rome version soon.Strong background working on ServiceNow enhancement and maintenance. Work with and optimizing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps. Experience integrating with 3rd party applications such as Splunk, Azure, Dynatrace etc.
