Responsibilities

Under general direction of Dietary Chef, provides for the dietary and nutritional needs of patients, guests and staff
Prepares, cooks and serves food according to hospital standards and nutritional guidelines
Follows hospital recipes
Adheres to all hospital and state sanitation and food handling codes

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Food Handlers Permit
Experience with food preparation and following recipes
Ability to remain flexible and calm in a demanding environment
Exhibit a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills and interpersonal capabilities
