You’ll receive paid, hands-on training required to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), setting you up with the skills and support needed to succeed. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using evidence-based techniques. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, track progress data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child build essential life skills and achieve meaningful progress. Pay: $18 - $23 / hourGet paid to learn!
- Earn $13.73 / hour during your 3 - 4 week paid training period while completing onboarding and building your caseload
- After training, transition to $18 - $23 / hour when you begin direct therapy services
- $500 bonus available after completing training and 30 days of active direct therapy work
- Open Monday - Saturday, 8am- 7pm
- Flexible Scheduling: We build schedules based on your availability and client needs
- Preference for applicants available after school / afternoons

Join North Arrow ABA in Cheboygan, MI, and make a lasting impact by helping children grow, learn, and thrive! Responsibilities
- Direct therapy care in one-on-one and group settings utilizing a combination of teaching and natural environment training
- Follow Treatment Plan protocols and record data for therapy sessions
- Assist with parent and caregiver training
- Assist in preparing client therapy and training materials
- Collaborate with the treatment team including the client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, and supervisors in the development and evolution of treatment plans over time
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma (documentation required for employment)
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance to travel between clients
- Experience working with children in an educational/classroom, daycare or similar one-on-one setting - preferred
- Ability to interpret and implement written clinical protocols (once trained) as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback for both professional development and in the improvement of clinical skills and treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, to lift & carry younger clients, and sit or stand in a variety of postures over an extended period of time
- Must pass a background check to be legally able to deliver Medicaid services
