Power Project Manager

In the role of Power Project Manager, we'll count on you to: Responsibilities Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single‑discipline projects or large, routine projects. Independently coordinate the work of professional staff and balance the team throughout the entire project's development. Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance. Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff. Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule. Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with the team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of the agreed‑to schedule. Work with the Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Two years of project management experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams including engineering and one or more of the following: real estate, permitting, natural resources, or construction. Experience in the power utility industry and basic understanding of the major components of a power delivery system. PMP certification. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. 7 years of related experience. A minimum of 2 years of project management experience. Must be able to interact with various design teams, having excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills. The expected compensation range for this position is $133,140 – $190,200, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location. The role is based in Seattle, Washington.
