Outpatient only, no hospital admitting or rounding Monday-Friday schedule 8:00a-5:00p 100% focused on the 55+/Geriatric population with a focus on Medicare Advantage Group uses Athena EMR Great reputation and a well-run office Prior NP experience required Experience with Managed Care (HEDIS scores, MRA, etc) or willingness to learn is essential Focus on quality outcomes as opposed to productivity Team approach involves case managers, referral coordinators, etc 20 Days of PTO per 365 day period; 6 Paid Holidays; 3 Days of Paid CME time off; $1,500 for CME Reimbursement; Base Salary $105k + $30k annual bonus paid quarterly + $5k retention bonus after 2 years 401k Retirement Plan with company matching, eligible after one Year Benefit package to include Health, Dental, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and other benefits Enjoy beaches, boating fishing, golf, professional sports, local universities, theme parks and everything else that metro Tampa / St Pete has to offer!
