Environmental Program Manager

ProSidian is seeking an Environmental Program Manager for Environmental Consulting and Management Services. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

The Environmental Program Manager will provide services and support in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the City of Tallahassee (TLH) and across the Southeastern Region.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary environmental projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all project phases.
• Manage stakeholder communication and regulatory negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates ability to lead large-scale projects.
• Experience with environmental reporting standards.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Engineering, or similar; 7–10 years managing environmental programs.
• PMP certification preferred; experience with environmental management systems like ISO 14001.
