Your Mission & Key Responsibilities Lead with purpose: Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer. Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries. Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care. Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality. Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all. Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes. Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations. Contribute to growth: Participate in strategic planning and budgeting, sharing insights to enhance plant efficiency and profitability. Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, or plant operations—experience in the concrete or construction industry is highly valued. Proficiency with dispatch software, Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new systems. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for transportation and delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you build trust with team members, customers, and partners. Dedication to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
