What You’ll Do

• Engage customers online, on the phone, and in the showroom

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process

• Build value in Ford products, technology, and ownership benefits

• Set and manage appointments to create consistent opportunity

• Follow up with prospects using calls, texts, emails, and video

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
