By formulating a coating for the surface we're painting and adjusting it to the weather conditions on the day that we're painting, we give homeowners the most customized and innovative paint solution on the market. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make sure jobs get completed on time and on budget
- Execute on the Spray-Net standards with your team
- Lead and manage a team of up to 6 people
- Manage customer expectations and deliver on our promise
- Schedule jobs and team
- Supervise, support and train crew
- Manage production deadlines
- Make sure job site and trucks look professional
- Learn the Spray-Net way
- Make sure inventory is replenished as needed
- Collect final payment
- Get hands dirty with the team
- Play your part in blowing the customers' mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it's the best part of our job)
- 2+ years in painting & spray application
- Language: English
- Valid driver's license
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Strong attention to detail
- Independent & self-motivated
- Organized
- Conflict management skills
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team
- Strong time management & communication skills
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to lift and move ladders
