The Role

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Chicago team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role suited to individuals who enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and turning customer interest into action.

You’ll represent partner brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns, introduce products and services to potential customers, explain their benefits, and help generate new business. You’ll work towards campaign objectives while developing the communication, sales, and customer acquisition skills needed to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you learn our approach, build confidence, and develop your abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate new customers: Engage potential customers through direct, face-to-face conversations and introduce them to relevant products, services, and offers.
• Drive sales and conversions: Communicate product benefits, address questions, overcome objections professionally, and encourage customers to take the next step.
• Represent leading brands: Act as a professional brand representative during in-person marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Build customer relationships: Establish trust through effective communication, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
• Work towards targets: Contribute to individual and team sales objectives, customer acquisition goals, and campaign performance.
• Develop sales techniques: Learn how to approach customers, identify their needs, present solutions, and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the team: Share insights, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to a motivated, performance-focused team environment.
